July 1, 2009 A hearing is scheduled for 1:30pm on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at the Federal Court House in Reno, Nevada. The location is South Virginia and Liberty Street. The hearing will be held in Courtroom 2 before Magistrate Judge Robert McQuaid. The hearing is on TCID’s Motion to Compel the Government to produce documents. This hearing has a bearing on your water rights. Please come and show your support. By Decision of the Board of Directors at the June 8th, 2009 Board Meeting, the 2009 Water Allocation has been increased from 80% to 90%. Adjustments have been made in the Computer System and will be reflected on your next water card. |
