Rules and Regulations for Water Delivery

We have had rules and regulations for water delivery for a long time, and have them posted on our website.  We want all water users to pay close attention to the anticipated length of time needed for a delivery.  We are stressing scheduling this year, which includes keeping close tabs on the length of time a water user needs the water.  Please be aware we will be enforcing the 120 percent rule, which says that water can be moved to the next user after a water user exceeds 20 percent of the requested time on the water order.  Make sure your order is as close to the length of time you need the water as possible.

We are also scheduling water out three days ahead, so this may delay the response time for filling an order.  We hope this will improve the water efficiency this year, since we have a percentage year ahead of us.
