If you are new to the Water Order Database system, or want more information, you have come to the right place!
To make it easier for the water user to maintain consistent and correct water order information, thus making it easier for our employees to process your order, you can now create an account that will allow you to log on to a secure area, pick your water order, verify the information, and click submit, without going through the entire process of filling out the form each time you want to order water.
How does this work?
Simple! When you create a water order using the online form, simply check
the box that asks if you want to create a Water Order Database!
Below that box you will see a "Username Prompt"! Enter a
Username that you can easily remember, but no-one else should know!
Here is an example:
| Check the box at right if you want to create a Water Order Database (what's this?) |
|
| Username: (Please read the help file by clicking here.) |
|
| Mothers Maiden Name: Needed for verification (Why do I need to enter this?) |
|
| Last 4 digits of Social Security #: Also Needed for verification (Why do I need to enter this?) |
The Username must be one word and cannot be an E-mail address. Use a word that you can easily remember.
Then for verification purposes if you ever lose your password, enter your Mothers Maiden Name and Last 4 digits of your social security number.
When we receive the water order, our employees will check and verify that all
information is correct for entry of the water order into our system.
Once this is done, the webmaster will create the account, assign a password
and notify you via E-mail with your username and password.
You will then be able to log in using the prompt on the Water Order Page, and
complete your order.
What if I have multiple Water Orders
that I want to use under one account?
When you create the first water order, and you want to put in the database,
simply check the box, and put in your username. Once you have submitted
this water order, go back into the Water Order Form, complete the next water
order under the next serial number, check the box indicating that you want to
create a Water Order Database then use the Same Username that you
used for the previous order. This will link the water orders to one
Username.
When all of your database accounts are linked, and you receive your Username and
Password, you will see a menu once you are logged in, listing your Water Orders
under that Username. Simply click on the Water Order you want to submit,
enter your verification info, and click submit. You can submit extra water
orders to your Username anytime you wish by using the Regular Water Order Form,
checking the box, and entering the same Username that you used for previous
Database submissions.
Important Note:
Creating a Database and combining all of your water orders into one Database DOES
NOT implement or create a Farm Unit. This simply allows you to view
and submit pre-formatted forms. You will still have to submit each of
these orders one at a time by selecting them one at time from your personal
Menu. If you have created a Farm Unit at the District Office and have that
Detail, you can enter it into the Database using that information.
Can I change any of the information in
the Database?
Yes and No! Your Serial Number, Your Name, Phone Number, Legal Owner
of Property, Main Lateral, and Takeout(s) must not be changed.
You may change CFS and Hours but you must put in "Remarks" that you
have changed this or it may delay your water order being entered and/or
delivered.
If you want to make permanent changes to your CFS and/or Hours, Use the e-mail
address below to request changes to the Database. Include your
Mothers Maiden Name, Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, Serial Number, Lateral, and Takeout along with your request
and we will make the changes and notify you by e-mail. Phone calls
requesting changes can be made as long as you verify your identity. Call the webmaster at the number below to expedite any changes you need.
Other information will be added here as warranted to answer general questions!
